What are SpWellness Camps and Well Woman Fitness

Before I share with you my journey, I wanted to give you the information about the wellness sessions this blog is about. 


Well Woman Fitness runs ladies only fitness sessions called Wellness Camps. The sessions offer guaranteed results in 28 days with a money back guarantee but more importantly they concentrate on making you feel great again! We know its hard and dull trying to lose weight we have all been there! But we have a group of lovely  women  that all come to us for the same reason… RESULTS! The sessions are situated indoors in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere with woman of all ages/ sizes and fitness levels.  The sessions have been put together to keep clients motivated and happy with a new exercise regime each session, which is vital in order to see changes in the body.
